These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8c888 platform ("we", "us", or "Platform") and the user ("you", "Member"). The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

Each Member may create only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, 8c888 reserves the right to permanently close all accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account cancellation, and the right to withhold held funds may apply. If identity verification is required, 8c888 may request relevant documents.

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 8c888: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawals

3.3 Third-Party Transactions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each Member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly converted to cash or transferred.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• 8c888 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

Active Members at 8c888 are automatically enrolled in the VIP Program. The program has four tiers, and each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You will be promoted to a higher tier based on your activity and consistent participation. More benefits and rewards are available at each higher tier. 8c888 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP Program at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

8c888 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through account hacking, computer code, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing other Members or engaging in offensive behaviour.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a system error or technical issue, 8c888 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount.

8.1 Closure by 8c888

8c888 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

• A request from authorities or a legal requirement.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance will be returned.
